New UK marriage law

|
| |
As of the 1st of October Church of England Marriage Measure became law, this now allows couples to get married in an anglican church where they have a connection rather than than in the parish church where they live.
Couples are welcome to be married in church if just one of following applies:
1) One of them was baptised or prepared for confirmation in the parish.
2) One of them has ever lived in the parish for six months or more.
3) One of them has at any time regularly attended public worship in the parish for six months or more.
4) One of their parents has lived in the parish for six months or more in their child’s lifetime.
5) One of their parents has regularly attended public worship there for six months or more in their child’s lifetime.
6) Their parents or grandparents were married in the parish. |

We are delighted in having a close working relationship with Sweden's largest and best wedding magazine 'Allt on Bröllop'.
What is rather nice for us is that in the latest issue there is a large 3 page feature about Marianne and myself on how we work as Wedding Photojournalists and about our own special style of reportage wedding photography.

In the latest issue of Allt om Bröllop we had one of our weddings featured over 5 pages.
The wedding was Charlotte & Hans-Henrik's which was held in Stockholm last Autumn - you can read our blog about their fantastic wedding here.

Wedding Album and Book season

After a fantastic busy summer it is now the season for Matted Album and Coffee Table Book designs - the first 2 books are now ready (showing the front and back wrap around cover) these were from Narelle & Jolyon's London wedding and Gry and Jørn's Norwegian wedding.
We have fond memories of these 2 weddings - Narelle and Jolyon transported their guests to the reception on an old London bus which was good fun, and Gry and Jørn who decided to cool off on a boiling hot summers day by jumping into a fountain still wearing their wedding clothes - they then got changed and surprised all their gusts at the reception by doing a dance routine from Dirty Dancing. |
