Charlotte & Hans-Henrik were married yesterday at Bromma Church, their reception was held at Ulfsunda Slott.
The mornings weather was terrible with hard rain and strong winds, we were not particularly worried because from our previous wedding rehearsal we had a plan 'B' where we would take the bridal portraits in case of bad weather. However as the day progressed the weather turned from terrible to good, on leaving the church Charlotte threw her arms up in the air in delight having seen the day turned out to be a lovely Autumns day with sunshine.
Charlotte looked fantastic! For the bridal photo session we photographed her in Stockholm city - we were not the only ones photographing this cool elegant bride, there were many visiting Japanese tourists doing the same thing - at one point I had 4 of them around me, I do not know who had the largest smiles ... them or Charlotte.
The many visiting guests from Switzerland and further a field were treated to a wonderful evening, Charlotte & Hans-Henrik looked very happy in the company of their many friends and relatives, there were many good speeches held including the speech from Magnus the best man who broke into song to the delight of all the others.

Lisa & Peter tied the knot on the 1st of September at Millesgården their reception was held at Högberga Gården.
Peter and his best-man and groomsmen got ready at their house, Peter had brought everybody lunch and up until that point everything was calm - after lunch more people arrived mums & dads and friends, then everybody starting getting ready at the same time which was fun, at that point Lisa and her bridesmaids also turned up - there was people everywhere.
Lisa arrived from the hairdressers and within the space of 20 minutes greeted everybody, ate lunch standing up, brushed her teeth, walked up and down with the pram trying to put young Hugo to sleep, helped the bridesmaids, comforted Hugo again who had fallen down, spoke on the phone, helped Peter with his cravat, fixed her make up and then got dressed - young mothers are the best in the world, they normally can do five things at once but doing all this 30 minutes before getting married was impressive.
They had a great day and during the service the sun shone on them as they stood in front of all their friends and relatives, we left them in the evening after the first waltz and the party was going strong. |
